See Clearly

My mom needed some new eyeglasses and she could not afford the rather outrageous price that a lot of places charge right now. So I did a little bit of research and found Zenni Optical, they have some very affordable prices on their glasses. You really can find nice and quality eyeglasses for cheap prices. My mom was pretty happy which what she found over there. They have almost any frame in a variety of colors that you could wish for. The frames are made in a lot of different alloys and do not look as affordable as the prices are. So head on over and check, them out, no one has to know you did not spend $100 or more on the frames.

You will want to make sure, while you are checking out Zenni that you take a look at the review of Zenni optical here. It gives a fantastic full look and review of the company. When you are looking to get something knew even if it is affordable it is always best to look at a few reviews and this one is comprehensive. While you cannot get something for nothing Zenni optical proves that you can get something affordably.

Sly little Monkeys...

March 1st was a good night for Minneapolis, some Crazy Monkeys graced us with their presence and thankfully we did not freeze them to Death the weather was slightly warm. There is not much to say other than the fact that 100Monkeys ROCK! The set was amazing and as someone who has been to the Local venue a lot (they played the Triple Rock Social Club); they are the best thing to come through there in a very long time.

I was lucky enough to speak with almost all the Monkey’s after the show (alas Mr. Rathbone continues to be the Holy Grail…it is a funny story….really) and it was fantastic. Uncle Larry blessed me with a kiss upon my cheek…and I even got a nice sloppy kiss from Gus the Dog.

When I sheepishly asked for some John Hancock’s I was blessed with not only that but my very own 100Monkey Drawn portrait. So while I am up to a batting average of 3-0 (hey at least I SAW him this time) the night was a great one anyways because there are few things that can make me feel as good as some great music.

A special shout out to Ms. Bella Bejeweled and she knows why ;)
